Rx DRUG TAKE BACK DAY

4th THURSDAY OF APRIL & OCTOBER

In partnership with the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office, Pomeroy Partners for Healthy Families hosts two Rx Drug Take Back & Wellness Fairs each year.

 

Working together with the county commissioners and sheriff’s office, we also funded and installed a permanent medication return kiosk located behind the courthouse at 789 Main St.

​

To keep our community safe, we continue reminding and encouraging residents to properly dispose of unused or unneeded medications. These events are made possible through strong partnerships with local agencies—including 911, Garfield County Fire District, Garfield County Aging & Disability Resource Center, Quality Behavioral Health, Garfield County Hospital District, Garfield County Public Health, and many more.
